My eCharge turns off while in use and/or does not turn on right away. How do I prevent this from happening?

  • Always enclose the eCharge chip with eLite casings when assembling your eCharge. When the metal pieces on the eCharge make contact with the other eCharge chips, the battery pack will automatically turn OFF to ensure the device doesn’t malfunction, and for safety purposes.
  • A minimum of 3 eLite chip’s must be connected to the eCharge for the battery pack to function properly. If fewer than 3 chips are connected, the battery pack will automatically turn off in 10-15 seconds. We recommend using all 5 chips on each of the eCharge units.

If the eCharge turns off for the reasons stated above. Turn the battery pack OFF for 3 seconds before turning it back ON for use.
