How to Prevent Your eCharge From Turning OFF

  • Always enclose the chip inside eLite casings when assembling your eCharge. When the metal pieces on the eCharge make contact with other chips, the battery pack will automatically turn OFF for user safety purposes.
  • A minimum of 3 LED’s must be connected to the eCharge for the battery pack to function. If fewer than 3 chips are connected, the battery pack will turn off in 10-15 seconds.

If the eCharge turns off for the reasons stated above. Turn the battery pack OFF for 3 seconds before turning it back ON for use.
