Was I charged twice?
Your credit card will only be charged once.

If you just placed your order and you received an error at first, the additional charge you are seeing is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

Please only click the "Place Order" button once to avoid multiple authorizations.

How long does it take for my refund to process?
We process refunds daily. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. If you paid via PayPal the refund will be issued back to the same card/account associated with your PayPal account.

When placing an order, I get an error message stating there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
There are many reasons why a charge was declined. Double-check that your credit card number, expiration date, and billing address are entered correctly. If the card being used is not your card we recommend you contact the card owner to verify you have the correct information.

If the charge is still being declined, we recommend you contact your bank to make sure there is not a hold on your card. Your bank may have put a hold on your card for fraudulent activity or insufficient funds.

Why was my order canceled?
For your protection, our Risk Analysis team will cancel any orders they flag as suspicious. You will not be charged for any canceled orders. A transaction may appear on your bank statement indicating an authorization hold has been placed on the funds associated with the order. This authorization will be reversed and dropped from your bank statement in 2-5 business days.

Occasionally, orders are canceled because a customer has provided inconsistent information during the checkout process. If you believe your order was canceled due to such an error, you should review the details of the transaction to make sure all information is correct and matches your billing information. 

It's important to note that canceled orders are unable to be reversed. If you would like to proceed with your purchase, a new order will need to be placed.

Order Verification
Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure the delays are minimal. 

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card credit cards. We also accept PayPal and AfterPay. We do not accept personal or electronic checks, Bitcoin, money orders, or wire transfers at this time.

Why is the charge on my account different from the total shown in my order confirmation email? (International orders (CAD, AUS, etc.))
All of the prices on our website are listed in USD. Please keep in mind international orders have a currency exchange rate, which may raise or lower the total amount you are charged.

How do I receive store credit?
Store credit gets issued automatically within 1 business day to the email address used when placing your order. Your store credit will be received in the form of an electronic gift card with a unique code. This unique code can be used when checking out in our 'Gift Card or Discount Code' section and it will also never expire!

Multiple Gift Card codes may be applied at a time. Store Credit & Promotional Discount Codes can be combined. Only one promotional discount code can be accepted per order.

How do I use a Gift Card or Discount Code?
During the checkout process, you will see an order summary page that contains a space for a gift card or discount code. Simply, input your code and hit "apply." Your discount/credit will be applied to your order immediately. Keep in mind, you can only use one discount code per order; however, you are able to use both a gift card and promotional code on the same order.
